Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?+
On the 1st of each month we calculate your commissions from the previous month. Once you reach $50+, we pay out via PayPal or bank transfer.
How long do I earn commission for each client?+
As long as the client keeps paying their subscription, you earn your percentage (10% individual, 15% agency) every month. There's no 12-month limit or expiration.
How is the client attributed?+
We use a 60-day (last-click) cookie and coupon codes. If the client uses your coupon, attribution is guaranteed even if they clear cookies.
Can I refer myself?+
No. Self-referrals are prohibited and we manually review every partner. Self-referring results in a ban from the program.
Can I have my own logo (agency)?+
Yes. Agency accounts get a white-label dashboard with their own logo, team sub-accounts and a 15% recurring commission.
What happens if the client cancels?+
You stop earning for that client starting the following month. Months already earned are still paid in your next payout.
