1. Respect for Intellectual Property
Dharell (TRANKYOUTV LLC / DHARELL.MUSIC INC) respects intellectual property rights and requires the same from its users. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Notice of Infringement
If you believe that content distributed through Dharell infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@dharell.music (subject: "DMCA Notice") including: (a) identification of the protected work, (b) identification and location of the allegedly infringing content, (c) your contact information (name, address, email, phone), (d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, (f) your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including: (a) identification of the content and its previous location, (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, (c) your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court, (d) your signature.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts with repeated infringements will be suspended or terminated in accordance with the DMCA.
