Terms and Conditions

1. Service Provider
The Dharell service is provided by TRANKYOUTV LLC / DHARELL.MUSIC INC, located at 1323 Teller Avenue, Bronx, NY 10456 (USA). Contact: support@dharell.music.
2. Acceptance
By using Dharell you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity carried out under it. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
4. Content and License
You retain 100% ownership of your music. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license limited to distribution, storage, and promotion to the DSPs you select, for as long as the release remains active.
5. Release Approval
All releases are reviewed by the Dharell team before being submitted to DSPs. We may reject or request changes if the content violates DSP policies or legal requirements.
6. Royalties and Payouts
Royalties are credited to your wallet based on each DSP's reports. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect according to the published thresholds and schedules.
7. Splits
Splits digitally signed between collaborators are binding. Dharell does not mediate disputes but retains cryptographic traceability of each contract.
8. Prohibited Content
Music with unauthorized third-party rights, illegal content, hate speech, or material that violates DSP policies is not permitted. See also our DMCA policy.
9. Suspension and Cancellation
We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time; your music will remain on the DSPs until you request an explicit takedown.
10. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dharell will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York (USA), except where mandatory consumer-protection provisions provide otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of any material changes.
